Rick Schoonover received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and his MBA with an emphasis in real estate development from the University of Michigan. Rick’s background in commercial real estate development with Trerice Tosto Colliers and as Vice President of Duke Management of Michigan gives him a very professional approach to the homebuilding process. Rick manages every construction project as though it were a million dollar home and builds every home as though it were his own. "Good Enough" is not a phrase that has any meaning to Rick.
